slipping already from 5 to 3... when I first found this I was thrilled -- it had a "freshness" about it and just a nice spicy bite from the poblanos. The sauce and rice were so good I didn't care if it had chicken. However, a friend and I noticed that recently the "fresh chile" taste and bit of spice are gone and it has become bland and boring.
