Lemon Meringue Scones

This no bake recipe pairs the zesty, creamy lemon filling of our Lemon Meringue Pie with a blueberry scone for a sweet and easy spring treat mash up!


What You’ll Need


  1. Remove meringue from top of Marie Callender’s Lemon Meringue Pie.  Reserve for decorating, if desired.
  2. Slice scones in half. 
  3. Spoon desired amount of lemon pie filling into the center of each scone; replace remaining scone half.  

Spring Decorating Idea:

Serve meringue topping in a small bowl as a dip for the scone; finish with a candied lemon slice on the rim.
