Ambrosia Shortcake

Shake up the classic ambrosia dessert with this secret ingredient (shhhh.... it's coconut cream pie). Yum!

What You'll Need

2 slices Marie Callender's® Coconut Cream Pie filling (crust removed)

Canned mandarin oranges (drained)

Kiwi, chopped

Pineapple, chopped

Mini marshmallows

Store-bought shortcake shells or mini angel food cake

Reddi-wip® (optional)

Directions 

1. Combine all ingredients except Reddi-wip in a large bowl.

2. Place mixture on top of cakes. 

3. Top with Reddi-wip, if desired.
