This no bake recipe pairs the zesty, creamy lemon filling of our Lemon Meringue Pie with a blueberry scone for a sweet and easy spring treat mash up!
What You’ll Need
1 pkg (39 oz each) Marie Callender's® Lemon Meringue Pie (thawed according to package directions)
- 1 pkg (10 oz each) of pre-made blueberry scones (full-size or minis)
- Remove meringue from top of Marie Callender’s Lemon Meringue Pie. Reserve for decorating, if desired.
- Slice scones in half.
- Spoon desired amount of lemon pie filling into the center of each scone; replace remaining scone half.
Spring Decorating Idea:
Serve meringue topping in a small bowl as a dip for the scone; finish with a candied lemon slice on the rim.
